The Yamato CA Series acts as the ultimate line of defense. Engineered as a dedicated Cold Trap, it is installed directly in the vacuum line between your evaporation equipment and your pump. It utilizes heavy-duty mechanical refrigeration to plunge the internal trap into sub-zero temperatures. As the hazardous vapors pass through, they instantly freeze to the walls of the trap, allowing only clean, dry air to reach your expensive vacuum pump.

Two Extreme Freezing Capacities Manufactured in Japan for relentless commercial operation, the CA series features a highly efficient, space-saving benchtop chassis. We supply two distinct cooling capacities to match the volatility of the solvents you are evaporating. Both models are perfectly configured for Malaysian electrical setups (AC115V or AC220V via included step-down transformer):

• CA301 (The Aqueous Vapor Trap): The standard laboratory workhorse. Capable of dropping the trap temperature to -45°C, this unit is perfectly designed for capturing water vapor and standard, low-volatility laboratory solvents during everyday distillation workflows.
